How We Work Together
Every engagement starts with the same question: What's the terrain you're navigating?
Some leaders need a strategic thought partner for an extended journey. Others need intensive help redesigning how their organization operates. Others need the leverage of a Chief of Staff without the overhead of a full-time hire.
Three ways to work with me, depending on what you're navigating:
Services
-

The Executive Clarity Retainer
For leaders navigating an inflection point
You've hit a waypoint—post-fundraise, post-reorg, post-rapid-growth—and you need a strategic thought partner who's navigated these transitions before. Weekly alignment calls, async decision support, and access to the frameworks I've built from a decade of operating at startup speed and Amazon scale.
$8K–$10K/month | Ongoing
-

The Operating Model Sprint
For organizations that have outgrown how they work
Your strategy is clear. Your operating model isn't keeping up. In 3–4 weeks, we redesign how decisions get made, how work flows across functions, and how your leadership team stays aligned—so you can execute at the pace your market demands.
$20K | 3–4 weeks
-

Fractional Strategic Chief of Staff
For leaders who need leverage, not headcount
You need the judgment, sequencing, and narrative clarity a great CoS provides—but you're not ready for a full-time hire. I've held the role and hired for it. This retainer gives you strategic leverage without the overhead.
$6K–$8K/month | Ongoing
Not sure which fits?
Most clients start with a 30-minute discovery call. We'll talk about what you're navigating, and I'll tell you honestly whether I can help—and if so, which engagement makes sense. No pitch, no pressure. Just clarity.
Frequently Asked Questions
How does this work alongside your current role?
I'm a sitting business leader at Amazon, which means I'm actively navigating the same complexity my clients face—not advising from the sidelines. My client work happens in focused windows separate from my day job. I take on a limited number of clients specifically so I can show up fully for each one. If my availability doesn't align with your timeline, I'll tell you on the discovery call rather than overcommit.
What kinds of companies do you work with?
Most of my clients are Series B through D companies navigating organizational inflection points—typically between 50 and 500 people. I also work with GMs and VPs inside larger organizations who are leading complex, cross-functional portfolios. The common thread isn't size or industry. It's the moment: you've outgrown the systems that got you here, and you need clarity on what comes next.
What happens on a discovery call?
We talk for 30 minutes about what you're navigating. I'll ask questions to understand the terrain—what's working, what's breaking, what outcome would make an engagement worthwhile. By the end, I'll tell you honestly whether I can help and, if so, which engagement fits. If I'm not the right partner, I'll tell you that too. No pitch, no pressure.
Can engagements be customized?
Yes, within reason. The three offerings reflect where most clients land, but the specifics—cadence, deliverables, focus areas—get tailored during scoping. What I won't do is create something so bespoke that it's impossible to deliver well. Constraints create clarity; that applies to how I structure engagements too.
What if I'm not sure which offering is right?
That's what the discovery call is for. Most people arrive with a general sense of the problem but aren't sure which engagement fits. We'll figure that out together. Sometimes the answer is a sprint. Sometimes it's a retainer. Sometimes it's "you don't need me—here's what I'd do instead." I'd rather land on the right answer than sell the wrong service.
Do you offer shorter or lower-cost engagements?
Not currently. My practice is designed for leaders who are ready to invest in meaningful change, not dip a toe in. If the pricing doesn't fit your stage, my newsletter delivers the same frameworks and thinking for free—and I'm happy to recommend other resources that might be a better match.
What's your refund or exit policy?
Retainers are month-to-month after an initial two-month commitment. Either of us can end the engagement with 30 days' notice. For sprints, payment is split across milestones—if we're not the right fit after discovery, we'll know before significant investment on either side. I'm not interested in trapping anyone in an engagement that isn't working.
